...the benefit of rest to cure anxiety and panic attacks
...I learned from the One Move Technique program that being physically tired can bring on anxiety and panic attacks...and that is exactly what happened to make about 3 weeks at my job when I had to deal with some clients. Now, the situation had to do with an issue I have come to expect with clients and so I was surprised as to how quickly I started feeling anxiety and I felt a panic attack was coming. Fortunately, for me, I used the technique to stop my anxiety as well as a potential panic attack.

...staying close to the "Fire"
...that is a saying that is often said when one once to convey the message of stick-to-it-tiveness. And when it comes to the One Move Technique it's no different. The technique is the only technique, I believe, a person dealing with panic attacks needs to have and use in order to kill panic attack each time they attack you. But it's pretty easy to become really busy with other things that you start being neglectful. Meaning, you don't go back and meditate on the information this technique in order for the information to remain fresh in your mind. And having the information is all it takes.
