...writing your general anxiety away
Writing can be a therapeutic endeavor; and it is no different when it comes to alleviating anxiety. In One Movie Technique I learned the technique of writing down my anxieties. This exercise helps me to remove mental blockages and reduces the anxious thoughts I may be experiencing. This is a wonderful exercise for people who are always worrying about the millions things they have to do in a given day; especially those who suffer from general anxiety on a daily basis.
